This age-old wisdom was embraced and used by rich cultures including Indian, Chinese, Egyptian, Greek, Native American and more. However, modern life has taken us far away from this wisdom and the practices that resonate with it.

Understand the significance of the Moon towards good health and wellbeing. Learn how to synchronize with her as she waxes and wanes and exerts maximum influence on full and new moon days. Arm yourself with energy healing practices including movement, breath, meditation and rituals that resonate with the energy of the Moon at various phases in her cycle.

About the teacher

Sheetal Jayaraj

Sheetal is an RYS certified yoga instructor and a meditation teacher. She conducts group and personal classes and corporate sessions. She also facilitates specialized Chakra workshops and Full Moon yoga & meditation sessions regularly in Bangalore.

Do I need to have any prior experience of meditation?

No. This session is open to anyone who is interested in meditation and would like to know more about the role of the moon in our lives.

 

Is it a women-only event ?

It will be primarily women yes 🙂 However, if you connect with or would like to know more about the feminine energy that is part of all of us, you are welcome to join! Also, if you would like to understand the women in your life and help them, this is a great one for that!

 

Does this involve yoga?

It involves some yogic and other movements.
