Mindfulness or present moment awareness taught in a practical and contemporary way, combining traditional meditation techniques, modern neuroscience and emotional intelligence skills.
The workshop includes snacks, drinks and a mindful lunch.
Mindful eating – A workshop
Learn mindfulness techniques, practice mindfulness meditation and how to apply mindfulness to eating to get the most out of your food. One can, in fact, eat less but gain more nutrition through mindful eating practices. Mindfulness or present moment awareness is derived from an ancient Buddhist practice. It has become the fastest growing meditation technique globally today.
The workshop includes food at the café and training.
