“I walked into Dhyaana in Feb 2018 to restart my yoga practice. I started with the then available timing of 6pm- 7pm. 2 weeks later the timing felt perfect. There has been no stopping for Dhyaana and the fabulous team from then on. Today we have several options in the morning and evening with welcome weekend sessions too! I am happy and grateful to be a member of the community which the Dhyaana team has nurtured. My addiction to yoga is just a part of my visits to this school of wellbeing.”

“I had been waiting to go this place ever since I found about it online and I must say I was extremely happy and satisfied.
Food that is healthy, food that is made with the right energy, food that is balanced and food that is tasty with wonderful hosts and company.
It’s a cute little place tucked in one of the corners of Indiranagar and I am glad I visited it.
Loved the thali and detox tea and then we ordered spinach momos via Swiggy and they were equally delightful.
Food that is tasty and doesn’t leave you feeling heavy, food and ambience that uplifts you and makes you feel nourished…
The bhindi was amazing and so was the beetroot peanut salad. Lovely creation of salads in a very authentic yogic way.
Food that doesn’t drug you and it nurtures you. That is the essence I got in this place.
Must visit for everyone looking for a delightful, healthy meal.
